By 2022, she embraced a new role that allowed her to expand her influence, leading social media, event planning, and business development for the Edmonson Team. Her creativity and strategic mindset continue to elevate the team’s brand while strengthening partnerships with real estate professionals across the community.

As part of the AMPC family, Karensa shares the same mission as her husband David, helping families achieve the American dream of homeownership.
